We recommend that you book your clean at least two weeks in advance. We also accept last minute requests, subject to availability. And if required, we can clean on Saturdays, however, these are subject to higher prices.
In order for us to effectively clean your property, we ask that you prepare the property as follows:
Empty all cupboards, drawers, and fridges prior to our arrival.
Clear personal belongings and large furniture as we are concerned with cleaning and not with clearing or disposal.
Provide access to the property from 8 AM to 5 PM.
We remove general rubbish from waste bins, but we are not responsible for clearing out items left in cupboards, drawers, or refrigerators.
If the booked job is cancelled on the day, a $110 charge will apply. Payment will be due on the same day.
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including Saturday services at an extra cost. This allows you to choose a time that best fits your needs. Just let us know your preferred date when booking.
